REFUND POLICY

1. OVERVIEW
At Tomi Main Coaching Academy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds across all our services.
2. MENTORING SUBSCRIPTIONS
- Cancellation: You may cancel your mentoring subscription at any time. Simply notify Tomi via email or the contact form.
- Access: Upon cancellation, you retain full access to your mentoring tier benefits through the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds: Subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period. No partial-month refunds will be issued.
- Tier Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
3. TECHNIQUE ANALYSIS (SINGLE & PACKAGES)
- Before delivery: Full refund if you request cancellation before Tomi begins your analysis.
- After delivery: Once the analysis report and/or annotated video has been delivered, the purchase is non-refundable.
- Multi-packs: Unused analyses within a package may be refunded at the per-unit rate of the package. For example, if you purchased a 5-pack ($300) and used 2, you may receive a refund of $180 (3 × $60).
4. TRAINING PLANS
- Before delivery: Full refund if requested before the training plan has been created.
- After delivery: Once the training plan has been delivered, the purchase is non-refundable.
- Revisions: The Personalized plan includes 1 revision. Additional revisions may be arranged at Tomi's discretion.
5. IN-PERSON COACHING SESSIONS
- Cancellation with 24+ hours notice: No charge. Session can be rescheduled.
- Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee may apply (up to 50% of the session rate).
- No-shows: Full session fee may be charged.
- Weather cancellations: Sessions cancelled due to weather will be rescheduled at no charge.
6. GROUP SESSIONS & EVENTS
Refund terms for group sessions, clinics, and corporate events are established on a case-by-case basis at the time of booking. Please discuss cancellation terms during your initial consultation.
7. GIFT CARDS
Gift card purchases are non-refundable. Gift cards do not expire and may be applied to any TMCA service.
8. BUNDLE PACKAGES
Bundle discounts apply only when both services (mentoring + training plan) are active. If you cancel one component of a bundle, the remaining service will be billed at its standard individual rate.
9. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund or cancellation, please reach out through our Contact page or email Tomi directly. Include your name, service purchased, and reason for the request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.
10. DISPUTES
If you are unsatisfied with a service, we encourage you to reach out to Tomi first. We are committed to finding a fair resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
