A multi-sport standout from the Monterey Peninsula. Tomi picked up a racket at age 6 when her dad first took her to the courts. By high school, she was unstoppable — a blue-chip recruit ranked #20 nationally (the top 25 tier above 5-star) with six wins over fellow blue-chip opponents and an 18-0 record against 4-star and below players.

Tomi began her collegiate journey in Lubbock, Texas as a Red Raider. She left high school after her junior year to compete at the Division I level — a bold move that set the tone for her fearless approach to tennis and life.

Two transformative seasons in Stockton, California. Tomi earned a 10-6 singles record from court two, closed the regular season on a 5-match winning streak, and was named to the All-WCC Doubles Second Team. She and her partner defeated a ranked Stanford team on the road to secure the doubles point.

The crown jewel. Tomi returned to the Big 12 as a Horned Frog and immediately made an impact — the only player on the roster ranked inside the Top 100 in both singles and doubles simultaneously. She played a crucial role in winning the Big 12 Conference Championship in 2026, where she won the Big 12 All-Tournament Team No.3 doubles. She clinched a dramatic come-from-behind victory against her former team Texas Tech, and alongside partner Yu-Chin Tsai, battled to the ITA Regionals doubles final.
